Can be used neat or with a dilution ratio of 30:1 in a mixing bottle/jug
First brush out mats from the coat.
Thoroughly wet your dog all over.
Massage shampoo in to their coat (avoiding eyes), working it into a lather to reach the skin.
Rinse completely with clean water and dry with a towel.
Repeat process for extra dirty dogs.
